The Skill 22 RECCO hiking backpack offers 22 liters of capacity, exceptionally good back ventilation and an innovative safety feature. This makes the lightweight backpack just right for hikers who love challenging tours.

Best possible ventilation through material-reduced carrying system

By dispensing with a spacer net – only two straps are placed on the back – the Tatonka X Vent Zero Carrying System of the Skill 22 RECCO provides the best possible ventilation on sweaty tours. The packsack is made of T-Dia Rip, a super-light but extremely tear-resistant material, so that the backpack weighs only 780 grams.

Equipped with drinking system preparation, hiking pole fixation & RECCO® reflector

The toploader hiking backpack has an insert for a drinking bladder as well as a fixation and an outlet for the drinking tube. It also features side pockets, a lid compartment and a walking stick holder.

The RECCO® reflector on the lid enables rescue organisations to quickly locate the object using a helicopter detector in an emergency.

  Composition 93% Polyamide, 7% Polyethylene

  Lightweight, abrasion-resistant ripstop fabric with woven diamond pattern. Stronger polyethylene warp and weft threads make this backpack fabric extremely tear and cut resistant.

  Composition 100% Polyamide

  Lightweight materials need thin fibres. Strong fabrics need high-strength fibres. So it makes sense to use 100 den Nylon fibre. Thanks to the PU-silicone coating, the tear resistance is increased by a further approx. 20%.

  Composition 100% Polyamide

  The classic 420 den Nylon material has proved itself in the “high density” (HD) version as a good, very flexible basic material. The 420 den yarn gives it a very high tear resistance. The material is made waterproof by the triple PU coating.
