A rucksack doesn't only have to offer plenty of freedom to move and a light weight for mountaineering and climbing, but also for all kinds of very active sports, such as mountain biking. The equipment required for these activities consists only of minimum weather protection, a few energy bars, a hydration system and a first-aid kit.
