High-end for heavy loads. The X1 Carrying System was conceived for carrying loads of more than 25 kilos. Its special X-shaped design with two aluminum rods (1) combined with two additional aluminum sections that lead into the belt (2) transfer a portion of the weight laterally down to the padded hip belt. This moves the load from your shoulders to your hips, making it possible to carry it for much longer periods. The anatomically formed hip belt, the load control straps (3) and the soft, ergonomically shaped shoulder straps (4) can be easily adjusted for a perfect individual fit for your body. The Tatonka rail system (5) also allows you to adjust the carrying system to suit your back length. The two-part lumbar padding (6), the overlaid, concave-shaped molded back padding with varying degrees of hardness (7) and the 3D hip fins (8) ensure the perfect fit and optimal support. With the X1 Women Carrying System, the back length and shoulder straps are adapted to the female anatomy.

The adjustable V2 carrying system was developed for loads up to 25 kilograms. A combination of aluminum and GRP rods (1, 2) ensures an excellent ratio of efficient load transfer and flexibility at the same time. The ergonomically designed hip belt with lumbar pad (3) and three-dimensional hip wings (4) is comfortably padded and prevents the rucksack from slipping. The concave back padding (5) also ensures optimum hold and good contact with the backpack – sufficient freedom of movement even when fully loaded. The load control straps (6), the comfortable shoulder straps (7) and the lid height (8) are adjustable and allow a precise setting.

The Frame Comfort Light System offers a ventilated back padding (1) stretched on a lightweight spring steel frame to combine a snug fit with pleasant air circulation. Integrated reinforcements provide the necessary stability. In combination with the padded shoulder straps (2) and the elaborately padded, ventilated hip belt (3), the lightweight system offers efficient load transfer to the pelvic area with a pack weight of up to 15 kilograms. It can be infinitely adjusted to your own back length (4) and, despite the smaller backpack volume, allows a range of adjustment similar to that of a trekking backpack. The Frame Comfort Ultra Lite-System was developed for high-volume, lightweight rucksacks. Thanks to the minimal padding (1,2) stretched over a spring steel frame, it combines low weight with a secure fit and excellent carrying comfort. Designed for loads of up to 15 kg, the system can be adjusted to suit the wearer’s back length (3), thereby enabling efficient load deflection in the pelvic region. In the Frame Comfort Ultra Lite System Women, the back length and shoulder straps are adapted to the female anatomy.

The X Vent Zero system offers maximum control and the best possible ventilation with minimal contact with the back. Two x-shaped fibreglass rods (1) on the back of the packsack combine with waist straps (2) to make the supporting connection of the packsack. The tightening and releasing of the system is infinitely variable, which means it can be adjusted individually. If the system is loosened completely, then the backpack can also be positioned to fit close to the back. Thanks to the consistent reduction in the use of materials, this system makes every rucksack a lightweight. The lightweight, ventilated mesh carrying system offers an extremely comfortable fit with very good ventilation – without the need for additional adjustment. A flexible spacer mesh (1), stretched over a filigree, three-dimensionally pre-shaped spring steel frame (2), hugs the back and accommodates every movement.
