Tatonka - outdoor equipment from fair production: The German outdoor equipment supplier Tatonka produces backpacks, tents, cooking utensils, luggage and travel accessories as well as clothing. Production is carried out according to European manufacturing standards and in compliance with high social standards in the company's own SA8000-certified factories in Vietnam. Unique in the outdoor industry, Tatonka operates a transparent manufacturing facility. The Open Factory was launched in 2011. Every Friday Mountech Co. Ltd., the Tatonka production plant in Ho Chi Minh City, opens its doors and can be visited during ongoing production.
